Extending VIGAN pneumatic unloader range, the SIMPORTER provides an additional unloading solution for terminal with very high-volume import.
The SIMPORTER continuous ship unloader is a mechanical unloader based on the twin-belt technology. With unloading capacity up to 1500tph and a unique technology that transports gently the product out of the vessel, the SIMPORTER is designed for heavy-duty operations.
It includes a complete rigid structure with a vertical leg able to dig, kick in and out for a good reach. It is fed by a unique screw feeder design able to work fully buried in product and to convey the product completely enclosed for minimal dust emission.

Designed for big annual import tonnage
The SIMPORTER is the biggest and heaviest machine in our unloader range. It comes however with the higher unloading capacity. It allows the highest unloading efficiency for the lower operating costs when combined with our NIV pneumatic ship unloader.
High reliable twin-belt system with airboxes
To elevate the product, VIGAN uses a twin-belt technology that takes the product in «sandwich» thanks to an airbox system closing the belts around the product with limited friction.
Mechanical unloader with the lowest energy consumption
Thanks to the very low friction in the vertical leg with the twin-belt technology and a simple belt technology on the horizontal part, the SIMPORTER has the lowest energy consumption per ton compared to all other mechanical unloaders.
Mechanical unloader with the lowest breakage
Since no mechanism is in contact while conveying the product and the product is simply gently carried with belts, the SIMPORTER has the lowest breakage rate compare to mechanical unloaders using chains and screws.
Hydraulic power pack
In order to operate the movements, the SIMPORTER is provided with a hydraulic power pack with the latest technology in order to have highly precise operations of a heavy machinery.
